Default on and off power while driving

Hi, relative newbie here. I couldn't find an answer on here so I figured I would ask.

I have a 1998 Hx with about 135k. I've have a CEL intermittently for the O2 sensor insufficiency since I got the car about 10k miles ago and it doesn't affect the car at all. Last week after the car has been sitting for about a week the car will accelerate and then it loses all power. I pushed the throttle in further and nothing happens then all the power comes back in a jerking fashion.

Could this be bad gas? The O2 sensor? TPS?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What specific CEL codes do you retrieve? Is 7.5A fuse 15 in the dash fuse box blown?

Not sure what the code was but it was for the O2 sensor insufficiency. I had the cheaper of the 2 O2 sensors replaced without any help. It didn't seem to affect the drivability so I left it.

I put in some Lucas oil fuel treatment and the problem seemed to go away. I was able to drive 10 miles without it happening whereas previously it would happen every 1/8 of a mile.
