have you actually pulled anything off to check it? im at work, so the video doesnt show up (they block vids), but i mean, have you even looked for something to be loose? it may be something as simple as a loose screw..

Absolutely, I was going to get the diagram and post it but I ran into another problem. I'm trying to find a good close up diagram so it's clear, give me a minute and I'll have it.

The two bolts are right under the top plastic cover on the column but they're just smooth bolts, I can't use a screwdriver or wrench to grip them and tighten them down. The only thing I can do as far as I know is get a pair of pliers and use those to tighten them down...but I don't even know of they're threaded or they're some kind of rivet.

EDIT: Bingo. Stumbled upon a guide of sorts when using the right search terms... integra ignition tumbler. I guess I'll need to cut a groove into the heads of those bolts I mentioned...
