Weight of Stock Integra GS Wheels?
Any one know how much 14" 92 Integra GS wheels weigh? Just want to know because i want to upgrade to 16" Motegi wheels which are 14lbs each, and seem way heavier than my stock wheels. Just want to make sure the motegi's won't break my wheel studs. Car is a 92 integra all stock. thanks

I see 15.5 lbs. Probably the tires are only 17 or 18 lbs, and the tires for the 16"s are about 21 lbs, so you could be a pound or two heavier due to the tires. I wouldn't sweat that too much. 14 lbs. is awfully light for a 16. Of course, you could get 15"s and get under 12 lbs. per wheel easy.

I think you'd be OK with the weight. The studs aren't really holding up the wheel -- they're holding up the car, so unless you bought 2-ton wheels I think you'd be OK!
Another thing to note is that the tires generally weigh more than the wheels. For 19.5 Motegi's you're looking at 19.5 + ~21 lbs = 40.5 lbs per wheel. A lightweight 15" would be 12 + 19 lbs = 31 lbs and a stocker 15.5 + 18 lbs = 33.5.
If looks are important to you then do whatever you want, but be aware that heavy 16's will hurt your performance a bit. Maybe a couple tenths on the quarter.
