Hondata s200 questions???
i have a s200 and im not sure if it has boost options, was giving to me from a friend that ran all motor... Im going to be boosting my car in the near future, looking to make around 350-400hp.
is the hondata s200 good enough to help support 350-400hp?
how do i get the boost option in there if it turns out not to have it?
or should i go with a s100 or crome pro instead? Im on a budget build so s300 is way out of the question. thanks

If you want to tune yourself or make changes:
NepTune RTP is $200 less than the S300 and arguably just as good.
If that's still not in your price range, RomEditor4 for S200 is going to be less of a hassle to deal with than Crome is, however, you're going to have to buy the software for $195 (and possibly the boost option, I'm not sure if it's included in the software price) and the hardware to tune with $205 + a burner if you don't want your Ostrich hanging out of your ECU, another $85. The S200 is also obsolete, so you have no updates or features to look forward to.
Crome is the last resort (No support, bugs, etc) which after all of the hardware and a Crome Pro license, you'll only save $45 over NepTune unless you get used hardware and you'll have substantially less features than NepTune, no support, no updates, and quite a few bugs to work around.
If you don't want to tune yourself you can have a dealer who still supports S200 do the tuning. You may need to buy the boost option and the features will be limited to whatever version the dealer has, RomEditor 3 or 4.
You can get tuned by several other tuners out there on NepTune, eCtune, or Crome as well without extra hardware (Other than your chipped ECU).
In the end it's your choice, your money, and your preference. Check out the different options for yourself and choose what's good for you. Good luck!
