oil leaking cant figure out why
I just recently replaced the valve cover gasket because it was leaking oil all around the valve cover. I dont get why it's still leaking oil. It doesn't leak all over anymore just near the number 4 spark plug.
Did you use RTV at all? I use RTV right at the camshaft cam cap corners (basically the corners of the half circles on the left and right side of the motor).
I doubt it could be the cam seal. It's leaking from behind the valve cover, spraying oil all over the intake manifold. Could it be that the gasket is not perfectly seated with the head? or Could it be that the head is not perfectly level? Before, it was leaking there too.
Is it a F22B2 engine? and you said there's oil inside #4 hole?
There are spark plug seal under the rocker arm assembly. They're notorious for the B2 engines.
Also, have the car running and watch where its puking out oil.

I Usually run my finger between the valve cover and the valve head to see if the gasket is on properly, sounds like the head may be warped or the valve cover.

If it was leaking there before and in the same spot after the new gasket, I would first check to make sure the gasket was ok and if the mating surface has any crap on it that needs to be scraped off. If that all checks ok, take a ruler or some straight edge to check to see if it's level.
