Need transmission advice involving a 6 puck
I've noticed recently that the six puck is obviously extremely hard on my stock transmission. I have an 01 Integra LS, and it grinds every time I shift into third above 3.5k rpm. I was wondering how I could get a transmission that would be able to withstand the beating that the six puck delivers. I've heard that Quaife transmissions are great and can take a beating like a champ, but the only one I could find on their website that is almost what I need is for a 94-00 Integra GSR or a Civic Type R.
I don't know anything about transmissions, would I be able to use that transmission with my JDM LS motor? (b18b)
Also, what does LSD mean?
here's the website with the list of transmissions:

It could be bad syncros! Ive had a CC stage4 6puck for years and it has never made my gears grind. im running a 4puck now.
BTW, any B-Series trans will bolt to any B-Series motor.
