i was looking for some LCAs but i was wondering if the brand name matters? i see the skunk2 LCAs are going for $200 or so and i see the blox LCAs go for $100 or so..so is there a difference between brands? is one stronger than the other? is one better than the other?..thanx for the advice

 

yes it does the blox's bushings suck

 

i never had a problem with the blox control arms, i've had a couple sets. the only ones i had bushing problems with were megan racing ones about 3-4 years ago

 

your paying for a shiny powdercoat and a name. id just replace the bushings in your oem ones

 

Do a search about the Blox before you decide to go with those. You could get lucky like that guy ^^^. Skunk2 has the same problem but they offer replacement bushings that fit and sway bar mounting holes in the correct location. Function7 is the best by far but they cost the most, but theirs are covered by lifetime warranty and that includes bushings.
