Default H23 spun bearing

I bought an H23a1 from a coworkers boyfriend that needed to be rebuilt because it had started knocking. They said it had sounded fine when they test drove it, but after they bought it it started knocking badly, so they quickly swapped it with an f22bx. And thats when I purchased it. When I began to disasemble it I noticed that the end cap for the piston on cylinder three was black instead of a golden color, and when I took it out the bearing was smashed and distorted. Even after I cleaned the piston assembly well, the end cap and bottom part of the push rod stayed black like the metal is changed. My question, and I'm sure this can have many varing answers is what should I do about this? I also have an extra f22a4 from a parts car, and was curious if any of those parts would become useful. thanks.

I did some more reading, and couldn't find much. Mainly what I found said that I need a new crank and push rod. I did some more looking at the crank shaft and it doesn't look that bad, just a scuffed spot, but idk if it could just be polished out. and unfortunately it is dark around that area too. The information that I couldn't find and that would be most helpful is, will an f22a4 crankshaft work in the h23a1? And I assume they're too short, but what about the push rods? Thanks.
