you need to whole front end not just the bumper .. go to passwordjdm.com they sell the whole front end, or you can try to find one at your local junkyard but i dont think there are many 99 civics in there.

by the way why do you wanna change the front?

its just my opinion dont listen to what people say do what you want personally. you dont want to regret it later and wish you did something differently

Randy (the owner ) is a cool guy. Hes not a thief man. well i havent had problems with him. I personally go to his shop to buy from him. I dont know how good his shipping methods and deliveries are though. Yeah sometimes it takes him long to get parts, but we cant expect a small jdm shop to have every single thing in stock. just like we have trouble finding things, im sure he does too.

Hit up the ***** craig I picked up a 99-00 front end for $100!!!

That's bumper hood fenders and grill no head lights though, oh and the passenger side fender was tore up but still not bad for a bill.

BTW when refering to "the ***** Craig" I mean craigslist.org

FYI: You don't need to change bumper supports. Just cut a tab down and redrill on each side for the bumper clips. This is due to the different shape of the bumper/grill for the 96-98 & 99-00 front end.
