not all of the instrument lights are coming on

so i switched out harnesses in a b18 so i could have one thats not cut and i hooked everything back up but for some reason its not gettin fire and the oil light never comes on like it should

im going to eventually its 13 degrees right now so i can hold off for a minute but would it have anything to do with the car not starting
