electrical ?s on a 90 sedan
well first my driver rear window quit working in the summer it worked one time when i hit the door panel. now since winter started my power locks seem to quit work as well. Then with my luck my dome light has also stopped working i got it to work when i had a buddy jiggle it but nothing now. ive seached and cant come up with years for my car, so i though id ask and see what yall got to give. now is there a reistor for the locks and dome i could test? also i think the window may just be the switch itself. thanks for all your input to those who help out. adam
p.s ive only been able to fill up my gas tank with 7 to 8 gallons in a 10.9 gallon tank why is this? i have to fill up more offen now its so annoying. so any advice would be much apreciated.

Really 25 veiws and not one comment wow I underestimated Honda tech. I know that somebody has had these issues, or atleast has some input!!! I'd really like to have all my car back that's why I got an LX.
If you had to hit or jiggle it to work you may have loose and or dirty connections. Open it up and check the wire connections and tabs. You may have to rebend the tabs so they make contact. In cold months the tabs can shrink just enough to where it fails to make contact.
If that doesnt work go buy a cheap multitester to check if you have power going to the switches and dome light. If no power then youll have to check the usual fuses, relays, etc...
As for your gas, fill ups may vary. The gas guage doesnt always read true. My gas guage can sit below E for miles but Ill still have a good amount left. Gas pumps may vary as well. One pump may give a little more or less gas than whats registered on the gas screen. Nothing major to worry about, they calibrate pumps well enough to only let out a small margin of inconsistency.

Ok cool thanks I'll check with my mutimeter I already took a look at the window I'll test that as well!! What about should the voltage be so I have an idea?
Ok so I got power to the dome light I'm just going to get a bulb. And I wasn't getting Anything to the locks if I was touching the correct places. Is there a relay for them? I took a look at all the fuses and they Are fine to my knowledge. Thanks again,

Ok so I was able to put in 10. 9 gallons so I think my float my have been semi froze well see if I get better than 22 mpg I normally get 27 30 in the winter with 87. As to the door locks is there any diagram I could look at or does somebody know about a relay or the switch pos and neg? The connections didn't look all corroded or loose. Ill have to take to doer panel apart when I get some more time and in the light this time , guess is its a relay or the switch, are those commen
