Default Advice for h22a rebuild

Hey I'm new here and looking at doing a rebuild on my jdm 4th gen prelude h22a vtec manual, I'm going to be getting some help with it all but want to get some advice and what not from h22a owners. (I'm completely newb so go easy lol)

I'm looking at rebuilding it but also changing some things, such as a new header some new aggressive cams and what not

if I was to put in the type s cams am I gonna need the type s pistons too etc, and a larger throttle body? and should I change things like the rocker pads and is it worth getting adjustable cams gears, and what should i get honed and machined etc. I've already been told but i wanna get more advice, I'd really like to get it over 220 hp if possible so any help in what sort of things im gonna have to look at doing let me know, also is it worth getting a light flywheel? was thinking about doing that when I change the clutch to maybe an exedy one?

appreciate any advice

if theres more info i needa give or whatever let me know cheers.
