i know im trying to rebuild it
so far so good, cost me alot of money and still going
so far i spent about 1800 on the car and all
i have the paint but havent painted it yet
and i want the lip before i paint it
I know you can get a cheap polyurethane one for it.. I got one for mine for $45.00 and everything.. it looks nice on my car and everything.. I can understand wanting something OEM though.. I just haven't ever seen one though.
does the mugen have the 2 holes on the side?
yeah, it's a replica I bought from ebay, but it fits on my car bout perfectly, I have to fix one side where I messed up on drilling the hole, but other than that it's pretty nice.

that's the one I bought.... but like I said, it looks good on the car.

There really isn't a OEM lip made specifically for the del sol, but many (me included) just order a 92-96 Civic lip directly from the dealership. The cost is around $75, if memory serves, granted that was several years ago.
Again, it's not del sol specific, but it is genuine honda for those that want to keep it as close to OEM as possible.

just the straight lip with nothing on it?
yea i think thats the one i want if your talking about it
The one pictured is the lip I was referring to. It fits with no modification needed. I went to a junkyard and took all of the fender screws off a couple of hondas to attach it, to keep it genuine honda...lol.
Good luck finding one for $40.

here is a pic of the lip on my car.. i'm lol.. my car has been in 3 wrecks in the past 2 months.. It had been hit twice and my wife ran under the rear of a truck.. luckily his hitch stopped her from going any farther. But i'm in the middle of fixing my Sol up again.
atleast its in better shape then mine lol
but 3 wrecks in 2 months?
thats alot,
oh hey my fog lights don't seem to fit in the fog light holes
it like sticks in instead of pop out and fit like yours
you have a clue why?

Yeah someone first had backed up while my wife was in the store and there tire had ran over my fender (it was a big truck parked next to her)but they left and didn't wait around or anything, then my sister had backed up and didn't see the car in her rear view mirror and hit it(it was dark and no lights above the cars) so she claimed it on the insurance and I had gotten a $1,400 check for that so I paid some bills fixed the car and got some small things, but then my wife was driving down the road and she looked off for a sec, but when she did the truck in front of her had to slam on his brakes because of the car in front of him and she turned back slammed on the brakes and slid right up under the truck
.. but i'll have all that fixed sometime anyways for your foglights, i'm not real sure why they aren't sticking out like that?? are the brackets bent up that the fog lights are bolted to??
