Yes, It is easy to install. Read through the instruction book first and follow it step by step and you will be fine. I just installed mine last week with no problem, took about 2-3 hours (and I work slow). Just remember your not putting a man on the moon here, your just installing a VAFC....

If you have problems IM me and I'll try to help...

it's really easy man...took me about a 1/2 hours....becarful becuase all my directions were all in Jappensee....but just go to apexi website if that happens...what are you installing it on? Just make sure you spice the ground wire just like they show you..and do all you sensor stuff before yo start the car...easy stuff

If your comfortable with your skills, then go for it. I had mine done by a professional because there isn't a clear diagram for the F23's and even having mine done by a professional there were complications. After installing go to the sensor check because one of my friends had problems with the wiring to his throtle position sensor, which will screw you car up, it should be around 4.5.

i was thinking of getting a vafc and some cam gears for my b16a but i only have I/H/E and a high flow cat
not sure if a vafc is worth it for me
lemme know your setup

Apexi recommends you soder...but...not worth the time in my opinion...just use all the connectors they give you and tape eveything up...your good to go.

Well personally, I soldered everything when I installed an AFC in my car and in a friend's... much more reliable connection, and only took like 2hrs.
