Default Sometimes at idle my rpm flutter??

Ok I have a 96 civic coupe with a obd2 gsr motor with a jumper harness to convert to obd1. I'm also running a turbo setup but sometime at idle my idle will flutter no cel throttle body has been cleaned and everything. Any ideas of anything else sometimes the idle doesn't flutter sometimes it does?? Thanks for any help

You might try asking in the Forced Induction forum. An idle flutter can be caused by almost any problem with combustion at idle. Compression is lowest at idle and so the mix is hardest to blow up at that time. Check the ignition and make sure your filters are ok. If you don't find the problem, check the compression. This will eliminate alot of possibilities and you'll get more replies here once you've narrowed it down somewhat. GL
