Default Replacement for the Master Cylinder

Is there a replacement Master Cylinder for an ABS 4th gen VTEC? I need one that is smaller than stock, or has the connections for the hard line on the underside of the MC. I had considered blocking off the ports for the hard, and having the stock one drilled and tapped underneath, but I don't know if this is a very good option.

If you want to know why I need this, I have a Golden Eagle intake manifold and it is bending my front brake line straight down. You can't fit a piece of paper in between the manifold and the the brake line. Thanks in advance.

If you use a different size master cylinder, you'll need to get new wheel cylinders as well.
