I just bought a 95 integra. it only has 51xxx miles on it and i got a really good deal on it.. It has tein suspension and a b18 and gsr dash and center console and cluster.. it has buddy club exhaust with spoon headers.. it also has si rims that have been powdercoated gunmetal.. its has been primered black so its like rattle canned. tell me what i should do next... i was thinking about to paint the center console white and the si rims white because im low on cash.. lol.. if u can also post a link for the painting center console or removal...

 

I highly doubt its got 50k on it more than likely its a odometer rollback car

also, did you do a carfax or anything? yes it is illegal to roll back the odometer, it doesnt mean they dont do it lol

 

i freaking tried to do a carfax but it isnt working... its at my cuzzins and he texted me the vin but it didnt work... i wouldnt be able to get much info cuz i dont have an account anyways.. yeah i really dont want to rice it out but just want to see how its done.. do u think the car is bad??? how much would u pay for it? it has a b18... and the guy i got it from his dad is state patrol so i doubt he clocked it back...

well considering what im seeing, it looks like an LS that is badged up, riced out, and partially stripped, so im gona go out on a limb here and say i wouldnt have paid more then 1000 bucks for that car, IF THAT. The harness setup in the car is just down right ****in dangerous, and i dont even know what is going on with the body work on that thing. Is that primer or rustoleum?

 

how much did u pay? i paid 2200... what should i do about the harness setup?

5 point harness must always been installed properly, the way it is installed now would cause severe spinal compression and break your spine if you were ever in an accident, the top straps must never be angled that far down.

 

either replace the stock seatbelts or install a harness bar

Its to late to be thinkin about how it doesn't have 50k miles cause he bought it alrdy. But all in all its a HONDA motor and will probably last you another 10 million so whos trippin? lol

 

To the OP, if you really want to get some inspiration and ideas, check out some of the build threads that are on here. The build threads on here are really informative. There is nothing better to have someone take **** apart and explain how and what they did and provide pictures at the same time IMO. You may have slighty over paid for what you got but who cares at this point?, what's done is done. I probably over paid for my DA, but I really wanted it and didn't want to wait. I am not 100% certain, but there should be a seal on the back of the cluster that has to do with the mileage. If it's broken, then you know it's been f****d with (if it has it, not sure on Honda's and Acura's). All in all good luck with whatever you do, and most of all have fun with it.

 

those si rims look pretty good--at least they are color matched. 50,000 miles in 14 years is only ~3600 miles a year, which is extremely low. your cluster was probably swapped out.

the racing seat belts and no interior is kinda weird for a daily driver. i would get rid of the red emblems if it were my car. i would not paint the interior, either.

 

I highly doubt it actually has 50k, like others have said. 50k on the engine is a more likely scenario...

oh yeahh.. like the user said above whatever i cant do anything about it now... and i thought it was a pretty good deal... anyways yeah i have decided not to paint interior and get the rear interior done... i found rear leather seats for only $20 but theyre tan... anyways I am thinking of trading or painting the si rims... i have some dm techs that i will put on and take pics of and u all tell me what i should keep on there...

I took the rear window wiper off.. Also tried to fit my 17s and worked well in back but rub in front so i took them off and put back si's... also fully screwed in my dash and cluster which were just hanging there...

 

The exterior doesn't look like it's in bad shape. If he really rolled the odometer back do you really think he would give you an honest answer if you asked? There is no such thing as a GS-R dash, all Integra dashboards 94-01 were the same, and only came in black or tan. For your sake, and the poor Integra, don't paint any of the interior pieces, that would be the wrong direction to head if you are trying to bring this Integra back to life.

Find a nice pair of OEM Integra seats. RSX seats, or any other OEM seat that did not come stock in any 94-01 Integra looks trashy.

Why would you take the rear wiper off? and 17 inch rims on an Integra


I'm not trying to come off like a criticizing *******, but it looks like you need some tips and advice to get this car looking decent again, and by painting the interior, deleting wipers, RSX seats, and adding 17 inch rims to it is a very bad start. Your best bet is to look for the stock parts that are missing and replace them (shouldn't be too hard to find, there are stock Integra parts for sale all the time) do what bodywork may need to be done and get it painted.

 

Dude do what you want to do, I wouldnt paint the interior pieces any color that the interior wasnt a option as. I painted accent pieces black in my tan interior, such as vents that were tan only because the driver side vent is black and the tweeters are black. If your going to paint it, paint it something that looks clean. Grey wouldnt look trashy IMO, nothing that pops. As for the 17" wheels, it all depends on what ur gonna get, most people get trashy 17's and dont drop nor tuck there stuff right, thats why most 17 get a bad rep. I personally dont like 17's on a DC, but on a DB they are fitting.
As for seats, try ad find soe recaro's i saw a set on ebay brand new black for 485 shipped gorgeous seats, i just didnt have the money.
