I would assume it's the same as this...

Everyone always says the f20b is a destroked version of the h22 so according to that, using the specs from the h22 head should be the same. I'm not 100% sure though.

It might be different though because I heard the F20B DOHC VTEC has the Type S cams. Therefore, it might have different spec; since, the cams(bigger lobes) are more aggressive than regular H22s.

I don't know if it's wise to do it the same way that guy did. He got the job done, but ummm.... yikes. He sees a 10mm nut and rather than grabbing a 10mm wrench, he decides to do a write up using vice grips.
