94 accord driver side engine mount. There's a bolt facing upwards with some sort of lock washer on the top. I can't reach it with a Ratchet and socket or wrenches. Do I need some sort of specialty tool to get if off?

 

That nut will probably require the use of a 1/2" drive, deep socket. IIRC it's a 14mm or 15mm nut.......
