with that 1/8, you should be in the 10's

seriously, not too bad. the 60' needs a little work but that is about what to expect with 2800 lbs.

I ran a 15.3 with a d16z6 in my full interior 92 dx hatch. Slightly lighter but you get the idea.

 

thats good... but yes a DX is lighter... my old 92 HB D15B2 was 2450 with me in it and half gas....

I haven't run a full 1/4 mile track yet, but here's the times from the only time thus far I've been to an 1/8 mile. I have a 95 EX coupe, removed spare tire & jack + all the McDonalds wrappers Only mods are I/H/E.

1st run: 60ft- 2.488 ET- 10.527 @ 68.213mph
2nd run: 60ft- 2.473 ET- 10.524 @ 68.192mph
3rd run: 60ft- 2.464 ET- 10.523 @ 68.176mph

I had a fourth run, but blew it bad , so I'll plead the 5th on posting that one...

I think my 60ft times kinda suck, but like I said, that was the first time I've ever ran at a drag strip. Practice makes perfect, ya know

Nah, i'm about 200lbs...
Car had stripped trunk and rear seat, that's about it.

Also where i run is only about 32' above sea level so my times are always better than people in higher altitudes...

 

thats some good times with room for improvement. my friend ran 15.9 on his 95 SI. it had Intake and Exhaust with no rear seats or spare. Nonetheless you have some good times.

cause this run was with all int. and stereo and full gas = 2340 LBS car wgt. ad 210 for me !! = the heavy 2550lbs civic !!

10.03 in my dx with a jdmb16 short ram and stock dx exhaust. Maybe i can do better with exhaust

 

16.24 @ 83mph with D16Y8 and CX tranny. hope to run 15' with the Si tranny.

but dont know about the tranny !!
you know the ratio of that CX tranny ?! what engine.. ? maybe if vtec-e it has higer ratio in 1-2-3 !?
cause my old D15B2 tranny VS EX/si tranny only the 4 and 5 gear is diff. runs higher RPM with ex tranny in 4-5 !!
