usdm DC2R rear into eg hatch?

Will USDM integra Type R rear seats fit in my 93 civic hatch? flush-bolt-in>? Or do i need to major mod it? need to know by midnight, if YES i need to buy them, THANKS for ALL HELP!

i saw the bottom seats connecter is on the side, so how do i bolt it down?
