Default spring rates for race car..

ok.. im buildin my eg into a racecar.. into a autox / opentrack car.. just wondering what would be a good starting point for spring rates on a of hr coilovers..

Run stock and get seat time.
No need for an aggressive spring set up if you have never tracked a car.

i have quite a bit of seat time at the track.. yrs in late models, and recently got rid of my mustang track car.. just wondering what a good spring set up would be to start the set up at?

I have 600 in the front and 1000 in the rear on Koni race shocks.

how much does the car weigh, what sway bars and what tires? also what track is it being designed for?
