help cut/buff 50 dollar paint job
I finished wet sanding my 50 dollar paint job . I just don't know which polish or buff pad to use. I've already tried doing the research couldnt find it. Can anyone give me directions and tools or polish they used. thank
i dont know much about a $50dollar paint job, but it all depends on how many coats of clear you put on and what grit sand paper you used as well.
I put 3 to 4 coats of clear on and then sand it with 1500 grit. Start with 3M perfect-it buffing compound with a wool buffing pad, after that follow it up with a waffle pad...Wipe the compund off then use a 3M polishing pad with there 3M polishing glaze.
You will have over $50 in buffing supplies, let alone with buying a buffer it self.
