my car is a 94dc4 with a 200 front end. the previous owner hacked the splash guards up. do i use the original ones for the year of my car? i also have a type r lip if it matters.
They're all the same the only difference in the front ends from the 94-97 and the 98-01 was the bumper and head lights. The hood and fenders are the same, meaning so are the inner fenders.
The inner fender liners are slightly different from '94 - '97 models to '98 - '01 models. I've had tried using older one on newer front end cars, and the part that "slides" into the bumper is different between the two. Good luck!

I would because if not, you'll wind up with dirt/mud/water in your engine bay and on your door sil. It's annoying as hell to clean it. Plus dirt and mechanical parts don't mix well.
