Default Car won't start

So this is stupid. I have a 91 civic si with a b16 in it.
I went out to start it up and the starter got stuck on somehow. I took the key out and it kept on turning over. Long story short, it actually snapped the starter off of the tranny..
So I threw a different starter on there and it still won't start.. It will crank and spudder.. crank and spudder.. crank and spudder... but just won't go. I threw some heet in the gas just for the heck of it but that didn't help any. Any ideas?

Well time to check for spark, if that checks out check for gas at the fuel rail.

Wouldn't the sputtering mean I've got all of those atleast at some point?
