Uh oh ! Transmission leak !!
So, I've got a 91 Prelude Si, which when I bought it the tranmission went out.
Replaced the transmission this past weekend along with new upper ball joints and tie rod ends. Everything went smooth I thought, until the next day..
I drove the car home after the work was done (taking it easy of course), and parked it for the night. The following morning I woke up and cranked the car up to allow it to warm up before I left for a "family thing". I came back outside about 15-20 minutes later to make sure she was nice and warm, and I've got about a 3 quart puddle of transmission fluid under my car !! >.< I quickly cut the car off then hit the ground to see where it was coming from.. Now I wasn't completely under the car but from ground level I COULD see that it looked like it was coming from around the half shaft on drivers side or possibly from that side of the transmission. This obviously isn't just a drip, the stuff was pouring out of it, literally.
Haven't had the chance to jack it up and get under her yet with work and all... Any suggestions before I do ??

Also, I'll be jacking her up tomorrow or friday. Then I'll be able to give a little more specific detail of the leak !
There's only five possibilities for tranny leaks on our cars.
1. Driver side output shaft seal.
2. Passenger side output shaft seal.
3. Drain plug
4. Fill Plug
5. Cracked transmission case.
if it's automatic, replace #4 with tranny cooler or lines.
If I were you, I'd just grab a pair of output shaft seals and change them, shouldn't cost you more than 20 bucks.
