FS: 1988 Honda CRX Si *BAR'd B16* $3500obo
CLEAN TITLE 226,xxx miles on the car. 28+ MPG!
Tune Up:
New Timing belt/Water pump/Tensioner
Spark plugs/wires
GSR Dizzy Cap/Rotor
Trans fluid
Oil/Filter
Exedy Clutch/Throwout/Pilot bearing
Modifications:
B16/S1 tranny. Under 45k miles. HMO engine w/ recipt.
I have put 4000 miles on the engine since 2003.It doesn't
burn oil, or have any leaks. Trans has a minor leak. It was in another EF chassis
untill I wrecked it.
P30-A00 DelSol ECU
AEM Cold Air Intake (CARB legal for CRX, Not the engine. Still passed smog at test only station.)
Skunk2 Intake Manifold (have CARB sticker)
DCSports Header (CARB approved.)
STOCK 00 Si CAT (too long, exhaust rubs on gas tank.)
Skunk2 Catback exhaust
Innovative Front Crossmember
Hasport shift linkage
B&M Short Shifter
GSR Shift ****
Energy Shifter bushings
NRG Quick release/Steering wheel/Lock.
Alpine CD player 60watts\4 (CDA-7893)
Pioneer speakers(sounds good)
Progress Competition Coilovers
Blox Gold Rear LCA's
Buddy Club P1 Rims(Matte black, MINT Minus the stickers pealing)
Extras:
BNIB Skunk2 test pipe
MINT driver side door panel.
stock rims with ok tires
CONS:
Pass. side axel(ripped boot.)
Needs brakes and maybe MC/Booster
Interior is complete, but 20 years old. Pass. door panel and seats not in good shape
Needs some body work( nothing major, just some dings)
Paint is terrible
Sunroof and pass. fender have rust(only part on the car with it, fender is surface.)
The car was Barred 5-2-08 at SRJC. EVERY PART ON THE CAR IS SMOG LEGAL. Car has under 1100 miles since it was BARRED.

Forgot to mention it needs a new battery also. I might pick one up, but I'm saving for a nitrous kit for the S4.

why such low miles on the motor since 2003? only putting 4,000 miles on the motor since then is like having this car lay in the garage only haha. 400 miles a year wow.

FYI, when you say "state ref B16", it means you got a ticket and now you have to take it to the state referee to get your motor to verify it is legit with CA smog or face fines.
You ought to put "BAR'd B16" in the title instead which means you went to the the Bureau of Automotive Repair and got your motor verified legitimately.

When people see the ad like me, and see the words "state ref", basically means that you have gotten a state ref ticket issued to the car, and if not paid or resolved, the new owner will have to pay your $300+ ticket when transferring the title.
State ref in the your ad, turns people off, like a personal ad that states "Hot Asian Milf still married and looking for a good dude to support her two kids."

It's cool man, I got it fixed. The car passes smog extremely well, here is my smog papers from September 2009:
