Default No Heat in my 91 Accord.

Hi fealls,

OK Heres my situation, I own a 91 Honda Accord LX 4dr. Just a few weeks ago we put a used Blower Motor unit. We just swaped the whole darn thing out. Everthing was working fine for a few weeks. Well the motor just like the old one before the swap, started to make some really horrible noise. Well on my way home from work it was working fine, met my wife for a quick bite to eat at Subway. And when I got back into the car no heat what so ever. This is the second motor in 2 months. Now I figure I can just buy a new one and do a swap, but will that one burn out to?

Anyone run into this problem before, if so please all comments welcome.

Electrical problems suck!

I had this same issue with a used blower motor. The salvage yard had a warranty, but I didn't want another used one, so I went with a new motor - that was about 150K ago. The install was worse than the money for a new motor.

Go with the easiest answer... and that is that the used motor was probably bad too.

True it did come out of a 92 Accord 5dr wagon, that also had over 400,000 miles on it. I still think it's something more then the motor issue. I'll probaly just order a new motor unit and hope to god it lasts through the winter at least.
