Default Swapping T-bar

I'm going to be swapping the stock t-bar in my hatch with the jdm one so I can finally get my front end conversion done. Before I decide to try to tackle this, I would like to know how much of a chore it's going to be. Will the body relax when I remove the T-bar, making it difficult to put the other one in? This car is my daily driver for now and I'm going to be the only one working on it, so I can't be without it for more than a day. So if it's something I should probably wait on till I can find an extra set of hands, that's what I'm looking to find out. Any words of experience are fully encouraged and appreciated. Thanks in advance.
