Icon3 *******Question about the itr brake booster and master clyinder...*****

hey i got a very inportant question. so im going 5 lug on my eg hatchback and i already bought the 40/40 proportion vavle, and now all i need is the type r 1 inhc brake booster and master clyinder... so my question is the jdm ones the brake lines run to the right of it while the usdm ones run to the left of due ( im guessing due to the fact that its rhd and usdm being lefthand drive) so can i buy the jdm or shud i buy the usdm..? im guessin if i buy the jdm brake booster imma just have to run the lines a little father to the other side where they will meet....please i need to know asap

If you have an EX or Si, I know for sure your brake booster is the same as the ITR. You don't need a new brake booster unless yours is bad. I am not sure if the CX/VX/DX/LX has the same brake booster, so maybe someone else can answer that.

You will, however, need a 1 inch master cylinder from an GSR or ITR.

I would not recommend getting a JDM unit unless your car is RHD. It would be much easier to use your stock BB (assuming it's an EX or Si), and get a 1" MC from a GSR at the junkyard.

as an owner of an EM1(99-00 USDM SI/CDN SIR) w/ 17CL15VN ITR calipers

I can tell u that
- stock EM1's brake boster is smaller than ITR's brake boster
- stock USDM EM1's brake boster will bolt straight up w/ USDM ITR's 1" MC (stock is 15/16")

You can always get a 91 civic ex mc, bolts right up to 92-95 booster and the lines all bolt up. It's 15/16", you can barely tell the difference from 1"
