Default Need help adjusting my K Sport coilovers

So I have ksports on my integra, and when I first got them I had a shop put them on.
It lowered my car a bit and my car rode pretty nice and the handling was better.
But then I was dumb and wanted to lower my car more, so I lowered the lower spring perch which lowered the car more to a height I liked more, but the ride was bouncy and horrible. Can I adjust the coilovers so that the height will be the same (no gap) but the handling will be good and no bounciness?
Also what is the setting for the best performance? And what height would this be at?

To rephrase my second question, what would the settings be for the max performance/handling? Is it the settings that ksport put them at when i bought them?

I would move the height back up to where you had it before, and them screw up the bottom mount to lower them.

no need to bump,he answered your question. ksports have an upper perch and a lower perch. you are supposed to leave the upper perch preloaded and you raise / lower the car with the lower perch.
