tire stretch or roll the fenders?
My tires are too big
right now i dont have the money for new tires or at least expensive ones. They rub on the inner fender and i need to roll the fender. whats the easiest way to do this? without spending too much money or damaging the body?

if you can't afford to buy more tires, try an ad on craigslist to organize a tire trade, or ask for some used ones for free.

nobody would even trade tires that have been worn down by the fender. the wheel and tire setup is off another integra before i bought them
i believe there are places that you can rent a fender roller front, what kind of car do you drive, what are the specs on your rims and tires, and how low are you?
they're 205/ 50r /16's on a dc2. Idk how low it is. I bought it with the coil overs already on it. Its pretty low though. I like the stance and I don't want to change it and I think if I put a lower profile tire on it it will be shitty for every day driving. I really need to roll the fenders but I have never done it. Know of anywhere that could help with the process? Other forums? Links? Articles?
if you have any local tuner shops they can do it for you, or you can do what we did and use a rubber mallot and hammer and do it yourself, VERY carefully hahaha
You probably already know, but those tires are not the correct size. They are about 1/4" larger in radius than stock and are definitely causing your problem, and also probably degrading other aspects of performance (handling, braking, accelerating). If you can wait until you raise the cash my opinion is that you'd be far better off investing in new 205/45/16 tires than in rolling the fenders.
if i was going to DIY a fender roll i would use a baseball bat instead of hammers

Why don't you just raise the car up a little bit? Theres no point in ruining you **** just for looks.
BTW A camber kit will likely make his problem worse as it would bring the top of the tire outward more.

here's the problem. and yes i know im missing a stud. no need to point out how dangerous it is.

I noticed you are also from cruces, there is a local shop called "MCS". They can roll your fenders for you and do excellent work. Their adress and phone number are, 301 N. 17th St Suite H, Las Cruces, NM 88007, 575.373.0531
There is also a local forum called crucesstreets.com that they participate on and alot of other local people that can help you out in town.
check this guys hatch out from el paso that MCS did a fender roll on

I would check out the whole build too, its pretty cool.

Skip the fender rolling if your suspension will let you raise it. Even if you want it lower again, raise it, get a new hub and tires and set things right with that car. There's no reason to ruin the body when you can fix the real problem: the wrong tires. You'll be glad you did, too, because you'll notice the performance improvement. I'm guessing a 1/4 mi. improvement of almost 0.25 sec.
+1000000 for raise it and save up for new tires.

It has very good information on wheels and tires. For example, it says:

What do the numbers (aaa/bb/cc) mean on a tire?
aaa = the width of the tire in millimeters.
bb = the aspect ratio. the height of the sidewall, this is a percentage of the width of the tire.
cc = the diameter of the wheel to be used.

That FAQ also tells what tire sizes work well on some of the more popular cars:

What size tires should I get?
For an Integra, del sol VTEC, or '97-00 Civic, the following sizes are usually best:
14" - 185/65-14, 195/60-14
15" - 195/55/15, 205/50-15
16" - 205/45-16 would be the best size but 215/45-16 will work also but only if your car isnt too low and if the wheel offsets aren't too low.
17" - 205/40/17
