Nitrous Kit from NOS.
Whats the difference between the kits for a 1.6 and a 2.2. Just the size of the jets or something. Is there something I could buy to upgrade the kit for a newer bigger motor?
Im not sure what the difference is. You could always call the NOS tech line.
The dry kit I currently have was first on a non-turbo eclipse, then a crx si, then my B18B motor, and now my B18C-r and the kit has worked fine on all the motors.

What do you recommend for a shot if any on a d16z6? Be honest the engine in my belief is still in very good condition. I may be wrong but what things do you look for before installing the devil on your car?
40 shot do the job real well and kick a little ***? I have never seen a street car with nitrous and I wouldn't know how it would feel. Is it like downshifting but with more force?

70 is as far as i would go. i ran a 65 shot for a while ... but put it back to a 50 shot.
air/fuel mixture is critical with nitrous, with any forced induction application at that.
fuel is your friend

98 ex.. nos 5122 dry set up 32+ full bottles raced EERY weekend for over a year.. NO damage.. 60 shot motor has 60,000 miles on it.. thats my story.. if it helps cool.. if not sorry
I ran two kits. The first...5122 dry kit..jetted at a 70 shot I had no probs. Im sure the injectors were maxxed the **** out, but my walbro fuel pump was able to keep fuel going to them. My wet kit ran a little odd...I jetted a 75 shot on that one but got serious detonation. Nothing that a little race gas couldn't fix though.
