Default lovely scratching sound from the right rear side of the car....

this is on my wife's 100% stock 98 Accord. When you take right turns, there is this scratching/screetching/squealing noise from the right rear. I don't think it's the pads cause it goes away when i brake. It only happens when i turn right. checked the dust shield and it's okay. The pads are a little worn but still have a couple hundred miles. stock suspension, stock wheels, etc...

Any ideas?

Brakes rubbing drum/disk telling driver get ready to replace. Remove wheel and inspect for wear.

If there is plenty of meat on the pads see if the pistons are clean and in proper working order. They may be stuck in a slight squeeze mode.
