just was wondering when the meet in the oregon washington area is gonna take place and where went to a few last year and finally got me a honda again....any info would be great thanks guys

where was that meet @ with everyone parked along the garage and then the police came and kicked everyone out cuz the VW guys were "trying to drift" and doing burnouts?? that was a really nice place. never been there but i saw the pictures


ALSO yeah April or May. NO MEETS before that because by then people should be done with all their winter builds. We dont wanna see half-assed projects in mid Feb when its raining

 

I liked where the last meet was down at marymoor. big enough space and being in the back of the part off to the left kept all the dumbass's at bay. and a buck was nothing to pay for a spot. beats getting a ticket. Haha No more food drives. but If you guys want, then i could find out a place and setup something. I agree on no meets until April. Since most ppl wont finish their builds and stuff. Last years GG meet was insanely packed.

yeah I agree, no winter meets, it's hard enough to drag my wife to shows even in the summer doubt, I she'll show up to a cold one.
No I wasn't thinking of GG, I was thinking of the last show we had, wasn't it at Marymoor? where we had to pay a buck to park? I say it just be there again. middle ground for people coming from the north and the south and there was more than enough space for everyone to park.

Really? Last January the Honda-tech meet had over 300 cars and 500 people. NWP do anything like that?

 

nope but we have meets every 2 weeks sometimes more out of those "300" cars what 50? were worht looking at? ht meets are full of kids with dgk stickers and pink rims and roof racks that hardly post, im not saying i dont go to ht meets im just saying when it comes to meets ht people are alot less willing to have meets that arnt just set up fpor them. if you want to have a winter meet post up a thread that says "years first meet" post a time place and location and people will come. thats how every ht meet that was early in the year was, if you talk about it no one is willing but 80% of the people that go to NW meets dont even post just look. if you plan a meet there will be a good turn out trust me alot of people are getting cabin feaver.

^^, if somebody wnats to plan it, go ahead, if not i can do it. If you want a parkign garage, we could do that , if you want marymoore again with paid parking so nobody will hassle us, i can do that too.

 

Someone should plan a meet soon in a huge garage. There was a ht meet in january a year or 2 ago and was a success.

 

please let any meet be in May lol.. ill be gone for march until the end of april i know no one cares haha

Like "peasoupe" said the guys on NWP4life have been haveing bi-weekly meets and photo shoots if you guys are intrested look them up under the oly/lacey group thread.

Im down for a meet. I've never been to one, but think it'll be fun. I'm hoping for a meet sometime after March because I'll be in Thailand for spring break until April.

i'd say wait til april or march. like the one guy said we dont want to look at 1/2 finished builds or the same thing we saw at the last meet. but a garage meet would be cool at anytime
