does anyone know what radiator hose will work the best for a b16 in a EF with Hasport motor mouts???thanks

 

top hose right? stock wide radiator?
i'll give ya the hose's part # when i get home, you'll need to cut the hose down to size but it works great. I found it by just going to kragens (any autostore) and looking at their rack of hoses, kinda had an idea of which way it needed to travel.
See what you can find or wait a few hours, i replaced the hose this weekend and have the sticker stuck to my toolbox.

 

i know what it kinda looks like but the jackass at these parts stores by my house wont let me go behind the couter to look and i threw my old ones away about a year ago when i blew my motor... thanks

Is Ef8 CRX share the same hose to Ef9 civic??

 

Every parts store that I have tried asking for a 92-93 Integra GSR upper hose they always bring in the question mark shaped "?" hose. The one that's needed for the 1st gen b16 looks similar to the "?" , but I can best describe it as a boomerang with a handle at the end. So when I ordered a 94-95 (96+ is different)Del Sol DOHC upper hose I got the right hose.

 

yup EF8 and EF9 share da same hose. u can also use DA integra hoses(lower and upper) as a replacement..if u cant get EF8 or 9 hoses. SAMCO makes it for da EF8 and EF9 too.
