Depends on its condition and mileage, automatic or manual, whether installation is included or not, if the buyer is able to check it out in person before purchasing and what area it's being sold in/to.

Nope. B16A3s are all OBD1, they don't have VIN tags. B16A2s found in '96 - '97 Del Sol VTECs and '99 - '00 Civic Sis do though.
