Default PARTSHELPER.com purchase help

Ok so i ordered my skunk2 springs for my 2005 BB s2000 on Dec.8th. I received an email saying they had received my order but i have yet to be charged for them or receive them. Does anyone know how to get in contact with Greg Park? i sent 2 emails and called the (562) phone number at least 10 times and left messages...anyone else order from www.partshelper.com and run into this problem? Not trying to bash the site, but damn i ordered them as an XMAS present and was disappointed. Now im afraid to order from somewhere else and then have them charge my card and send the springs after i purchase them elsewhere...

::sigh:::

If you want to buy them somewhere else, call your credit card company and explain what's going on. They can block/deny the charge from partshelper and you can buy elsewhere.

White Smoke took the words right outta my mouth. just call your cc company, and tell them to deny any payments to partshelper

i did that once with a cf lip for my em1. after 2 months or so of never getting the lip or charged i ordered another, next month i get 2 lips and charged twice! this was from a diff site, but i shoulda called my cc company and told them to deny payment!

ok so i called the CC company and they said they will take care of it... so yea i will re-order my springs elsewhere...

Now im unsure whether to stick with the Skunk2 or switch to something else... i know there has been threads on springs..but it always turns into a bashing...

i want a relative low drop but dont want to destroy my stock shocks within a month...

are the Esperlir that much better than the skunks or tein?

what website you think has the better price?
