Default What engine and trim of car is this?

I guess it's a '96 1.6 ESI Honda Civic. I don't know what engine it has.

I've been trying to find a car in the Philippines so when I visit over there I got something to use. This is one of the cars my cousin found, but I don't know what engine it has and what trim.

Could anyone help me out?

Thanks.

I don't know exactly myself, but it looks to be a non vtec sohc, and if it's a 1.6L, probably makes around 106hp

I wouldnt be surprised if it had a D16Z6. That car really needs a new valve cover gasket.

If it has a sunroof it is an EX.
I think it is pushing much less than 160.

D15B had VTEC and the plugs were on the intake side of the valve cover.

2.0DOHC>1.6SOHC all day everyday. Regardless of VTEC.

Can you get me a VIN or comparable identification?

US trims aren't exactly the same as everywhere else in the world.

I would guess if it's really originally from the Philipines then it stands a good chance of having a PH15A or PH16A or some variety of those.

IIRC the PH16A (at least some of them) look like the D16Y8. So it would make sense that the PH15A would like like a US D15 also.

I'm still trying to find out the VIN for that car.

Here's the picture of the back of that car.

I also added some pictures in that album.
