I have two pairs of headlights off a JDM CL7 Accord Euro R.
The difference from the N. American TSXs is the blackened out housing and the clear corner lenses.

The HID projectors are missing but you can swap in the ones you already have, for you TSX owners. It would also let you keep the same cutoff angle instead of the opposite JDM ones which are for RHD cars.

Both pairs are in really good condition and have no major scratches, cracks or broken off tabs.
However, one of the left side headlights has started to show signs of the clearcoating come off. This would probably be a quick fix if you sanded it down with fine grit sandpaper and recoated them.

I will sell the "cleaner" pair on a first come first served basis.
