Default How come I cant find a turbo kit for my car, even tho everyone says there is??

I have a 1997 civic ex, and I have heard that there is a greddy turbo kit for my car from many different, reliable sources, including many H-T'ers. I was just wondering why I cant find it anywhere online, even on the greddy site.

Thanks!!

What kit are you looking for?

Greddy makes a kit for the SOHC D Series engine (I am using one on my ZC). Can't remember the part #, but it's about $1500 new. Talk to Rocket here on H-T; he'll hook you up.

GReddy doesn't make a C.A.R.B. Legal turbo kit for 96-98 Civics. Although, the 92-95 turbo kit fits perfectly on the 96-98 models.

You can go with the 92-95 model kit. It'll work

sweet thanks, that is exactly the answer i was looking for, I was worried that the guy at the shop was telling me they made a kit that they really dont.

But it does make sense seeing as how the z6 and 78 are extremely similar motors.

Thanks for the quick replies guys!!!
