I have a 96 Civic Dx Hatch w/manual transmission. I have replaced the output seal a few times then it starts leaking after a few months. Noticed it leaking again took the old output seal out and it's pouring fluid around what looks to be a little metal ring. Is there another seal in there that is leaking or is the output seal suppose to stop that fluid. Put new output on still leaking?

 

put hondabond on the outside of the seal?
