Dent free... 1 dent on the hood, but I'm picking a replacement one in the next week to take care of that, otherwise, paint chips from it being a shitty paint job, but obviously you'd take care of that when painting it whatever color you decide to go with.

Like I said, I'm willing to trade of the SiR / CTR headlights. To clarify as well, the SiR are MINTY brand new, and the CTR's are slightly used and has a tab on each headlight that broke off while in transit to me from Japan.
