I have a newb question. As I had my 93' Hatch on the lift, I noticed that my radiator was pretty rotted on the bottom tank. My question is, since I have a B18c5, do I need to purchase a radiator for my make and model or do I need to purchase one for the Type-R?? Thanks in advance

 

a stock civic replacement will work fine, or you can get an aftermarket civic radiator.

 

Cool, thanks. I'm planning on going aftermarket, just didn't know if the Civic sized one would flow enough to cool the B18c5, but I guess I should have known seeing as mine HAS the civic size on it now. Never hurts to ask tho.

 

make sure you get one with b series sized hose ends.

 

Order one for a 99-00 Civic Si for the correct sized hose ends and stay away from Mishimoto. Get a good one like a PWR, Koyo, Fluidyne, etc.

 

yes that. i had a mishimoto and it cracked near the bottom = leakkkkkkkk
