My girlfriend has a 2007 Honda Civic LX sedan and she wants XM radio. I found some stock EX, SI radios online that are XM ready and was wondering if I could swap hers for one of those and get the XM kit instead of buying an external XM. Would the EX radio work in an LX or is the computer and everything else intergrated into the radio?
I understand that I'll probably have to buy the XM connect kit but my question is if an EX, SI radio work in an LX sedan? Anyone ever tried this?

I tried searching but nothing. Thanks in advance.
