Really Need Assistance, Heavy Engine Bog.
My car will randomly drop from 2000 rpm's to 1500 and jump back up and keep doing that for 30 seconds or so. It normall only does it if i drive before i let my engine fully warm up. I am not sure what the problem could be.

I think a vacuum leak will cause it to have an idle surge 24/7. But he said it only does it before it warms up while he's driving. Adjust your FITV back down, and clean out your IACV.
