usually a trunk leak is caused by a tail light gasket or sunroof drain being blocked/clogged or disconnected. to diagnose your drain tubes remove the side panels and visually check them. the tail light gaskets are probably bad either way. as for your hatch light, its possible the switch is bad, i do not know where the switch is at.

My hatch light will stay on sometimes too. Kind of annoying. Hope someone has an answer to fixing it.

i had a trunk leak on my DA, and once i replaced my tail light gaskets it went away. if you cant find the leak, you can try driling a few well placed weep holes in the trunk floor to drain the water. thats what i did as a temporary fix and it worked great. but if you choose that route, make sure you prime and paint the holes to ensure it doesnt rust from the water.
