Anyone know Japanese? I would kill to know what all the cool looking graphs mean in my Tein instalation information.

when im wandering around japanese websites, i just use the alta vista translator... it works well enough to find your way around and at least get an idea of whats being said.

but you have those instructions on paper huh, maybe try to find an electronic version so you can just copy paste it into the alta vista
