Icon6 Here are the PIN OUTS 88-89 CIVIC TO GSR INTEGRA CLUSTER SWAP

I have been asked many times on the pin outs for the cluster Swap for
1988-1989 Civic to a GSR Integra cluster swap well my friends this is what I used.
The original came from my 1989 Honda Service Manual and a 95 GSR Manual.
Hence the notes at the bottom for Hydro tranny (VSS). Good Luck on your swap
and I take no responsibility. Wiring can be tricky. Ladies and Gentlemen don't get
confused on the last picture I know its a 90-91 dash. ( I swapped out my dash)
Again this is for a 1989 Civic Sedan I do not know if it will work for a CRX

I am so pissed i sold my DC cluster!...Was planning on swapping it into my EG, but traded it for the EF hatch i currently have. I had no idea people were swapping DC clusters into EFs, and it seams like a perfect fit! Oh well,..guess i need to find another DC cluster!

Remember that if you go DC cluster and you have a cable tranny you will have to get a VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) sensor from another tranny If you search on HT there are many threads on here on how to. For those of you asking if it will work on your CRX and Hatch
the only thing I can recommend is find a Honda Service or Haynes Manual with the pins outs for you Vehicle. I have the other half already done for you. Just match the function to my function.

you can use the factory cable speedo for the electronic vss. the ecu gets it's electronic signal from the speedometer. it's just two screws for the wiring, and you can keep your stock milage too! just remove the speedo portion and tuck it under the dash.

what do I use for a vss with a 89 sedan with a b18a1 swap? I have an electronic vss but should I use a cable one? How can I keep my stock mileage?

Can't fail with cable driven..electronics fail eventually.

Wired up my cluster. Works great, Just dont know what to do with two of the sets of wires. One he made a mistake naming the color and one he has question marks beside. Theyre both wires for the fuel injection.
