Default JDM b16a in 91 ef si, running too rich need help

I swapped a JDM obd0 b16a into my 1991 Si. I need help with the vacuum hose routing and the car is running too rich. I used the si harness that was originally in the car, with a b16a ecu with is supposed to use 2 o2 sensor, so HAS sport told me to wire both O2 sensors together but it is still running way too rich. any ideas??? thanks.
